Company Structure

­OCA was established in 2007 and is registered in the Netherlands as a private limited company. The company is set up as an Association. The combined group operates as a company and the individual associates operate as independent consultants, and w­hen needed receive support through the company and its associates. The company is represented by shareholding associates (partners) and associated consultants.

The benefit of this approach is that the company remains light and controls its overhead costs efficiently, while being flexible in the deployment of human resources and back-up support. ­
