Jackson Kirungi (MSc, CEng (Hon))

Jackson is an experienced engineer with an MSc in construction management (UK), a BSc in Civil Engineering (Hons) (Uganda), with over 10 years experience in all aspects of road maintenance and construction. Jackson has worked in Uganda, Sudan, Liberia and Vanuatu in a variety of jobs and assignments. Jackson has been a road inspector, a trainer in labour based road maintenance to contractors and district engineers, worked in the public and private sector as road engineer, site supervisor, resident engineer and construction manager. Jackson is able to support large contractors as well as training and guiding small emerging local contractors and can provide construction management services and contract management and administration services in name of the client.

Up to recently Jackson has worked in Liberia as a construction manager of large national road contracts. Currently Jackson is employed in Vanuatu in the URS/OCA managed Vanuatu Transport Sector Support Program, managing multiple fleet equipment hire contracts on the island of Tanna.
